Late check-out between 12:00 – 16:00 hrs will incur an additional charge of 50% of the room rate.
Check-out after 16:00 hrs will be charged one full additional night.

Additional amenities beyond those already provided in the rooms may not be available.
Smoking inside rooms will result in charges for cleaning or replacement of bedding, curtains, wallpaper, and repair of any damage. Guests must use designated smoking areas.
Please ensure:
Lost or unreturned keys will incur a THB 1,000 replacement fee.
The property is monitored by 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
A damage deposit may be required, depending on the room type.
Guests will be charged for any damage caused by themselves or their visitors.
The property is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Please secure valuables properly.
Guests must maintain quiet hours between:
22:00 – 07:00
to avoid disturbing other guests.
The property reserves the right to deny admission or terminate a stay without refund if a guest:
Illegal substances, drugs, or weapons are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of stay and notification of authorities.
The following items are not allowed on the premises:
Grills and barbecues (BBQ) are also not allowed on the property.
The property may temporarily close areas of the residence due to weather conditions or special circumstances to ensure safety.
The following activities are not allowed on the property:
Only registered guests are allowed to use property facilities, including the swimming pool.
Parking is available for guest convenience; however, the property is not responsible for damage or loss involving vehicles.
Iron Paradise Fitness operates as a separate business.
First aid may be provided for minor injuries.
The pool is only available to registered guests.
08:00 – 18:00
The pool area is monitored by CCTV only and is not under constant supervision.
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for children and non-swimmers.
People with infectious diseases are not permitted to use the pool.
Guests must respect other pool users and avoid behavior that may cause hazards, disturbance, or nuisance.
The property is not liable for injuries or accidents occurring due to misuse of facilities or failure to follow pool rules.
Littering in the pool area is strictly prohibited.
